These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas for any actions for which we retain the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent the actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property or other proprietary rights.
