Data privacy : The use of information received from Cloud drives such as Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, Amazon S3 will adhere to the respective companies User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We limit use of data to providing or improving your appropriate use case or features that are visible and prominent in the requesting application's user interface.
Transfers of data are not allowed, except:
# To provide or improve your appropriate use case or user-facing features that are visible and prominent in the requesting application's user interface and only with the user's consent;
# For security purposes (for example, investigating abuse);
# To comply with applicable laws and/or regulations; or,
# As part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets of the developer after obtaining explicit prior consent from the user.
Do not allow humans to read user data, unless:

All other transfers, uses, or sale of user data is completely prohibited, including:

AeroLift.AI is not in the business of building, training or developing models. We do not use Cloud Drive APIs to develop, improve, or train generalized AI and/or ML models.
Data Retention

Retention Period: User data will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. The retention period will vary depending on the type of data and the purpose of its collection, as outlined below:

3rd party data collected with user consent: Any data collected with user consent from 3rd party Cloud drives like Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive and Amazon AWS S3 will be removed or deleted with termination of a user account. Data references will be removed across all storage locations like SQL Databases, App databases, Vector databases.

We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the personal information you provide to us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can be guaranteed against any interception or other type of misuse.

We do not knowingly solicit information from or market to children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under age 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
